  • Clinical Biochemistry
  • Clinical Pathology
  • Haematology & Immunohaematology
  • Microbiology & serology
• Maintaining level of laboratory’s standard of serviceI terms of performing analytical performance as per national and international requirement.
• Complying and implementing to International Standard ISO 15189:2012 & NABL 112, pursuing good professional and ethical practices.
• Combining processes that promote efficiency and effectiveness with technology that is appropriate to the laboratory mission and operated by staff that is both trained and cornpetent to perform work.
• Continually improve to achieve Quality Objectives that includes i) To provide minimum 12 relevant training per year. ii) Achieve customer satisfaction level >75% iii) 90% of test reports delivered within targeted turnaround time. iv) To achieve Laboratory Proficiency testing (EOAS) within limit (Z score <2).
